Something I Never Thought I'd Do....

If you're trying to start an online business in 2025 you'll run into situations where you do something that you never thought you would do going into it.

I started selling digital products in September 2023, just one month after I started posting consistently.

I've learned that monetizing as early as possible is the best way to break into having an online business.

The longer you wait to create a product, the worse off you'll be.

Why is that?

Because the sooner you start and make sales, the sooner you can iterate on your product through feedback, making it better.

There were early adopters to my digital products when I sold it for cheap because I wanted to rake in some feedback.

It was a rough start and I thought I had it down pat.

Looking back, I definitely could have done it better.

One of the things I could have done better was keeping my prices low until it justified increasing them.

But I got greedy.

Because I was in the mindset of, "I need to sell X products to make Y income, then I'll be set."

But in reality that formula never came to fruition, and I got frustrated with the lack of success.

Now I'm moving on to more high value products, like my live workshop that is releasing in the Spring time.

This is where I'll be able to drive much more impactful value to people looking to get into building their online business.

Learning from my mistakes, like this one.

So the mistake I made was pricing my digital products so high that it doesn't cater to the target audience of the product.

And honestly from all the sales I've gotten from it so far, has definitely paid me back for my time and effort.

In which case, I've dropped the price to a more suitable one.
